Exceptions:

We will happily accept returns and provide a full refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

• The item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
• The item does not match the specifications you ordered. We double-check all orders before production, but mistakes can happen. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if there is a discrepancy.

Please note: We may require photographic evidence of any faults or discrepancies before we can accept a return.

Cancellations:

You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, if your order has already gone into production, we may not be able to cancel it and a refund will not be available.

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Please note all items on our website are made to order specifically for you. This ensures you receive a high-quality product crafted to your specifications. Due to this, there is a minimum production lead time before your item ships, in addition to the standard shipping lead time.

• Production Lead Time: This is the time it takes for us to create your item from scratch. Specific lead times will be displayed on the product page and will vary depending on the complexity of the item.
• Shipping Lead Time: This is the estimated time it takes for your order to be shipped to you once it is complete. Standard shipping options and lead times will be available at checkout.

Total Delivery Time: The total delivery time for your order will be the production lead time plus the shipping lead time. For example, if an item has a production lead time of 5 business days and you select standard shipping with a lead time of 3-5 business days, your total delivery time would be approximately 8-10 business days.
